I just recently used Kim for the first time. I have two older cats, and I was leaving for 10 days. I was very worried about leaving them until I met Kim. My one cat, Joy, who likes nobody and barely tolerates me, immediately fell in love with Kim. That right there told me all I needed to know, but aside from that, she was very dependable, sent me daily reports and pictures, and no matter what time I texted her, she always got right back to me. I think it is great that she followed up to make sure I returned as planned, so if something did happen while traveling, she would still care for my cats. She is very professional and extremely thorough with the information she gets about your pets. You couldn’t ask for a more dependable, loving and professional pet sitter.
