I am a busy professional with a high stress job, and have two amazing mini golden doodles that are my entire world when off the clock. She doesn’t hesitate to share what she thinks and prefers, and I appreciate her observations, advice and recommendations for my dogs and home. She brings in the mail and packages and she respects all my personal preferences about how I keep or fail to keep my home, and she tolerates my quirks and deficits as a working dog mom. The dogs are so well behaved when i return from out of town and they clearly have spent more time outside than i likely provide them. They clearly got used to the routine she provides them while I’m gone. Kim is also safety conscious and more cautious than I am which I appreciate. The peace of mind Kim provides to me and the excellent care she provides to my two dogs is priceless. You won’t regret using Kim to care for your loved ones.

I could not be any more pleased or happy with the care given to my cat Sadie. Kim has taken care of her this past weekend until today. Highly recommended !! Updated 12/06/2023. Recently moved to NC from out of state. We needed to hire a pet sitter for an upcoming trip, and of course it can be stressful to figure out who to hire based on a search on Google. Especially when you’re new to an area and don’t know many people yet. I settled on Kim based on her excellent reviews. There is a reason that Kim is highly recommended. I NEVER wondered if my cats were ok while we were gone. Not once. Kim sent us reports via an app called Time to Pet for every visit made to our home, including photos and what she did for them during the visit. The app is insanely easy to use and I really like that it’s a one stop shop for booking, payment, communication, etc. She is a true professional and excellent at what she does. If you’re currently looking for someone to take great care of your pets and home while on vacation, the search should end here. She truly is wonderful!

Kim took care of our 2 cats for the first time while our family went on vacation. She is worth every penny! We were traveling out of the country and it gave us such peace of mind knowing we had a pro caring for our pets. We loved getting daily report cards and pictures. She is incredibly thorough and professional! Very trustworthy and takes her work seriously. In the past we have asked neighbors to watch over our cats. It may have saved us a few bucks but the expense of hiring Kim is minimal compared to the level of service received and being able fully relax on vacation knowing someone has things back home under control. Kim is an amazing and wonderful cat sitter. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action after finding a rogue smoke detector chirping because of a low battery on day 2 of me being away. She removed the battery and eased Eleanor’s anxiety over that obnoxious chirping.  I had no idea that would happen when I was away and was relieved to know she was willing and able to fix the problem and comfort my cat.

I can’t say enough how wonderful Kim is to my cat, Eleanor. I don’t worry at all while I am out of town knowing she was being cared for so well. I love the daily photos and reports/updates on how Eleanor is doing. Eleanor is always so happy and loving on Kim in the photos. Kim is the ultimate professional when it comes to pet care. She is timely, courteous, and clean. She loves our dogs like they were her own; and our dogs adore her just the same. I have gone out of town on many occasions and I normally ask a neighbor to let the dogs out and feed them along with our cats. I cannot say enough great things about Kim. Before I found her, I was living a nightmare dealing with unreliable, untrustworthy, and lying pet sitters. They would tell me they had been or they would come at a certain time and would never show. These people did not know I had cameras. I had one that abused one of my dogs. Kim SAVED my pets and me. I was so happy with the services provided by Kim when she took care of my two kitties, Johnny and Joy. Joy does not like anybody, and immediately took to Kim, in a way I have never seen her react in the 11 years I had her. Joy climbed up on Kim’s shoulder at the meet and greet and there she stayed until Kim left. That told me all I needed to know. My cats were well taken care of. I can’t imagine leaving them in the care of anyone else.

We have been using Kim’s services for almost 5years now. We are a multiple pet family, our pet babies include 3 inside cats, 2 outside cats, 1 fish,1 frog, and one 50 pound lab mix. We are always pleased with her care and commitment. We respect her policies, which included not taking care of the dog when he was a puppy. Kim was our first experience with ever having a dog sitter that wasn’t a family member. My husband and I were a bit unsure at first, not with Kim, but just leaving our dog for a trip with someone we didn’t know…but once I met Kim at our meet and greet the nerves went away! I travel frequently for business, and Kim takes care of my 2 big older dogs who both have special medical needs. It is so hard to find someone whom you trust to take care of your babies for up to 8-9 days. It took me a few years after I moved to NC, but I finally found that in Kim.  She is skilled, reliable, conscientious, loving, and has excellent judgment. She’s an excellent communicator. My dogs clearly love her and they’re always calm and relaxed when I return from a trip. She is also incredibly helpful with other things around the house when needed. Lastly, she’s just incredibly thoughtful and always leaves special touches when I return from a longer trip, which is so lovely. I recommend her without reservation. Kim is wonderful.

Like many dog parents, I am VERY particular about who I trust with my dog. After meeting Kim, I was confident she would be a good choice and I was right! Kim walks my girl, Annabelle, 5 times a week and has done so for a couple of months now. Kim quickly learned Annabelle’s quirky ways and handles her so well on walks. I love the pictures, videos, and report cards she sends. She even used Annabelle as the “model” in one of her FB posts (this really tickled me). 😊 On days when walks are necessarily shorter due to weather, Kim plays with Annabelle inside and gives her lots of love, pats, and snuggles. We have a cat and 5 dogs – 3 of the dogs are very active and can be hard to control. Kim handled them great. It is great to know they are being well cared for so we could enjoy our time away. The updates and photo were an excellent bonus!

I just recently used Kim for the first time. I have two older cats, and I was leaving for 10 days. I was very worried about leaving them until I met Kim. My one cat, Joy, who likes nobody and barely tolerates me, immediately fell in love with Kim. That right there told me all I needed to know, but aside from that, she was very dependable, sent me daily reports and pictures, and no matter what time I texted her, she always got right back to me. I think it is great that she followed up to make sure I returned as planned, so if something did happen while traveling, she would still care for my cats. She is very professional and extremely thorough with the information she gets about your pets. You couldn’t ask for a more dependable, loving and professional pet sitter.

Kim’s care for our not so easy to deal with dogs was perfect. We will use her again for sure and thank her for making our trip much easier by keeping us posted with pictures and texts for each visit. She especially went beyond what we expected with our dog Jake who is not easy for people he doesn’t know to even touch him. We cannot recommend Kim enough to anyone who reads this. She cares!

Kim is wonderful! She took care of our two senior dogs while we were on vacation for a week. I am very particular about how our dogs are cared for because they are very high maintenance (i.e. one takes meds and is super anxious, the other is on a special diet, they have to be separated when left alone, etc.). This was the first vacation in over a decade that I was absolutely relaxed and not worried about our pups for one minute. Even when we found out that thunderstorms were coming through the area we knew that Kim would take excellent care of Gigi and Baxter. We appreciated the reports that we received after each visit and the fact that we could contact her at any time to check on our fur-babies. We recommend Kim without reservation and will definitely be using her services again in the future!!

Kim does an amazing job caring for my 2 dogs. She plays with them, is reliable, and keeps me updated via text on how her visit with them went. She is a true professional. It is great knowing that my dogs are safe and cared for when I’m gone. I would recommend Kim’s services to anyone.

Kim was amazing with our animals. We have a Great Pyrenees that is very standoffish and she gave Kim a hard time at coming. Kim rose to the issues and handled everything for us while we were hundreds of miles away. She got our mail, and just took care of everything that came up while we were away. You don’t get any better than her services.

Having Kim come check on our house and our 2 kitty cats while we are away, brings me peace and allows me to enjoy my vacation knowing that my babies are in good hands. She updates us every single day letting us know what she has done (fed, watered, emptied litter box, etc.) along with pictures of our cats if they are feeling friendly. I appreciate her hard work and would recommend her to any of my family and friends! She is amazing!!

I just want to say that Kim did an excellent job taking care of our 5 cats. Not only did she clean the litter boxes and feed them, but she also spent quality time with them. I hired Kim for overnights. Having to be away for 3 nights and never having boarded or left my dog/10 yr old lab overnight before. I knew this would be the best option and so glad I found Kim. Caeli being a bit anxious I made the right decision and Kim took excellent care of her and my home!

They are normally pretty stand-offish when they meet new people but they took to Kim immediately and were disappointed when she didn’t take them with her after the meet and greet.
