Kim is wonderful, professional, thoughtful, and so caring. She takes better care of my dogs than I do. I am a busy professional with a high stress job, and have two amazing mini golden doodles that are my entire world when off the clock. Kim is detail oriented, organized, and has a method and structure to her caretaking craft. Kim is accountable and trustworthy, and because of her, I can go out of town and really disconnect from life back home and be fully present elsewhere whether it be for work or pleasure. Kim communicates so clearly and consistently. I adore her use of the pet sitting application for sending visit reports, photos and messages. She doesn’t hesitate to share what she thinks and prefers, and I appreciate her observations, advice and recommendations for my dogs and home. She brings in the mail and packages and she respects all my personal preferences about how I keep or fail to keep my home, and she tolerates my quirks and deficits as a working dog mom. The dogs are so well behaved when i return from out of town and they clearly have spent more time outside than i likely provide them. They clearly got used to the routine she provides them while I’m gone. Kim is also safety conscious and more cautious than I am which I appreciate.
