Kim always fulfills her promises—she shows up on time and stays for the entire duration that we’ve paid for. Recently, she took care of our three dogs overnight, and it was the first trip in a long time that I could fully relax, knowing she was taking care of our fur babies.
She informs us when she arrives, sends plenty of updates, and notifies us when she leaves. Kim is very observant of each dog’s personality and care needs, which gives us great peace of mind.
