Kim went above and beyond to take good care of our cat Natasha. Natasha often gets anxious being left alone, but she warmed right up to Kim, since she took the time to give her treats, love on her, and take good care of her needs. Kim is both friendly and professional and completely eased our minds about leaving our cat at home. Her daily updates with photos were so thoughtful! We came home to a happy cat thanks to Kim.
